"Pretty nice flowers for the price"
I thought the flowers were nice, especially for what I paid. Like, they looked good, didn’t feel cheap or anything, and yeah, they really didn’t cost much, so I was happy with them overall.

"Pretty idea, but the details felt rushed"
I wanted to like it more because the overall look is cute, but when I got close it just felt kind of rushed. The petals were glued on unevenly in a few spots, and there were messy bits that stood out more than I expected. It’s not terrible, but yeah, the finishing details could’ve been a lot cleaner.

"Fair shipping compared to other flower sites"
I ended up ordering from petals.com because, compared with a few other flower sites I looked at, their shipping cost was actually reasonable. Some places seemed fine at first, then added random fees at checkout, but this one didn’t do that.
The flowers arrived on time, and the final total still felt fair once shipping was included. It was an easy order with no hassle, next time I need flowers delivered, I’d probably check them first

"The flowers looked really nice when they arrived..."
The flowers looked really nice when they arrived, so I was happy at first. But by the fourth day, they were already starting to droop, which was disappointing. They weren’t awful, but I expected them to last longer, and I do feel like an apology would be fair.

The flowers were okay, but I was a bit annoyed because the arrangement didn’t really look like the photo. The colors were close, but it seemed smaller and not nearly as full as I expected. Delivery was fine, but I just wanted it to look more like what was shown online.

"Support was fine, just slower than I’d like"
I had to reach out to customer service about my flower order, i was hoping they’d get back to me faster. They did eventually reply and got my issue sorted, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just don’t really like waiting around when it’s my order on the line, especially when flowers are time-sensitive. Overall, it was okay, but I would’ve been happier if they were quicker.

I ordered from Petals and was relieved when the box showed up in good shape. The flowers were wrapped with plenty of padding, and even the little plastic bits around the stems stayed in place. Nothing was smashed, leaking, or sliding around, which was the main thing I was worried about.
One corner of the outside box was a little bent, and there were a few scuff marks, but everything inside was totally fine. I probably would’ve given 5 stars if the box had looked a bit cleaner when it arrived.

I ordered from petals.com and the flowers were at my door the very next day, which surprised me. They were packed nicely and arrived in good shape, too. It’s just nice when a company does the basic decent thing and gets your order to you quickly without any hassle. Really happy with the experience.

"Tracking felt a little suspicious"
I ordered flowers from Petals the tracking had me side-eyeing the whole process. It sat on the same status for what felt like forever, like my bouquet had vanished into some secret flower warehouse, then out of nowhere it suddenly said it was out for delivery. The flowers did show up, so I can’t complain too much, but I really had no clue when they were actually coming. Not a terrible experience, but the updates could definitely be a lot clearer

"Pretty good material overall"
The quality is good overall, though the material is a little thinner than I expected. It still works fine for what I need, and I’d probably buy it again.
